【Abstract】 With the rapid development of science,technology and higher education,the mode of college and university laboratory management and the operating mechanism of experiment teaching have changed considerably,which brings new requirements for knowledge and ability structure of laboratory technical personnel at colleges and universities.The article makes a preliminary discussion on the necessity,objectivity and motive of investigation on technicians’ knowledge transformation.Moreover,the strategies and methods of knowledge transformation of medical laboratory technicians at our university have been proposed.更多还原
