【摘要】 目的了解陕西省商南、山阳、镇安三个县,实施全球基金项目前后(2000-2008年)艾滋病疫情变化情况。方法收集整理3个县2000-2008年逐年艾滋病病毒/艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)监测资料及专题调查资料,建立数据库并进行流行病学、统计学分析。结果2000-2008年3个县共报告HIV抗体阳性者42例,其中AIDS病人33例,累计死亡16例。78.57%(33/42)的阳性者经非法采供血感染,其中6例又感染其配偶或性伴侣,夫妻间传播率为23.08%(6/26)。9年间未发现经血液途径的新感染者,未出现母婴传播。2008年报告2例经性途径感染且与已知经采供血感染者没有关联的阳性者。结论2000年至今,陕西省全球基金项目县艾滋病疫情大幅下降,经采供血传播HIV已基本被阻断,但需警惕经性途径传播疫情的上升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the epidemic trends of HIV/AIDS in the Global Fund project counties in Shaanxi province from 2000 to 2008.Method Based on the information obtained from continuous HIV/AIDS surveillance and specific surveys in the project counties,a database was established,and epidemiological and statistic analysis was conducted accordingly.Results Forty two HIV-positive cases were reported from 2000 to 2008,including 33 AIDS cases and a total of 16 deaths;78.57% of HIV-positive persons acquired the virus by illegal blood collection and supply,of whom 6 cases transmitted HIV to their spouses or sex partners.The transmission rate was 23.08% among married couples or sex partners.New HIV cases infected through blood donation and mother-to-child transmission were not found during the past 9 years.Two of cases reported in 2008 were believed to have been infected through sexual transmission and were unrelated to the reported blood-transmitted HIV-positive cases.Conclusion HIV prevalence has declined obviously in the Global Fund project counties in Shaanxi province since 2000.HIV infection through blood collection and supply has been eradicated as a whole.However,the increase in sexual transmission infection should be paid more attention.更多还原
