【Abstract】 In the later years of Xianfeng’s Reign in the Qing Dynasty,Sichuan Province met great political changes because of Li Lan rebellion and the later Taiping Army under Shi Dakai inrushing Sichuan.During those years,the person selected to govern Sichuan became an important topic in the government and the public.Before finally fixing on Luo Bingzhang,the person selected to govern Sichuan had ever changed several times,which was the result of the a series of response of the precarious political situation.更多还原
