【Abstract】 The difference between urban and rural areas in China lies in the gaps of rights between citizens in the city and rural areas.Peasants’ rights of intensively using land include three aspects.The most intuitive one is the poverty of social rights,the most crucial one is the poverty of land property rights,and the most important one is the poverty of rights to share the public goods.To promote intensive use of rural land,we must improve and implement relevant laws so that peasants’ rights to use land intensively may be consummated.更多还原
