8-羟基喹啉对泥鳅胚胎的毒性

【摘要】 在泥鳅胚胎发育的胚盘隆起期、原肠胚中期、神经胚期、尾芽期和仔鱼孵出期,分别用不同浓度(1.00×10-4、5.00×10-5、2.50×10-5、1.25×10-5、6.25×10-6mol/L)的8-羟基喹啉进行处理,以胚胎的孵化率及畸形率、仔鱼死亡率及体长的变化等为指标,探讨水体中8-羟基喹啉对鱼类胚胎及仔鱼的毒性作用。结果表明,随着8-羟基喹啉浓度增加,分别在胚盘隆起期、原肠胚中期、神经胚期、尾芽期开始处理时,泥鳅胚胎的孵化率较对照组显著减低,分别减少至83.5%、74%、61%、79%,畸形率较对照组显著增加,分别增加至58%、72%、61%、71%;在仔鱼孵出期开始处理时,泥鳅仔鱼死亡率由3%逐渐增加至100%;处理组的仔鱼体长短于对照组,且有剂量效应关系。因此,8-羟基喹啉对泥鳅胚胎及仔鱼的发育有明显的抑制、致畸、致死作用,表现出明显的毒性作用。

【Abstract】 The research was to investigate 8-Hydroxyquinoline on fish embryo and larval toxicity in the water.Different embryo stages and larvae of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus,including blastoderm formed,mid-gastrulation,neurula stage,tail bud stage and larval fish hatched stage,was treated with different concentrations of 8-hydroxyquinoline to test the changes of embryo hatching rate and malformation rate,larval fish mortality and the changes in body length.Results showed that,with the increase in the concentration of 8-hydroxyquinoline,compared with the control group,the hatching rate of M.anguillicaudatus embryos declined to 83.5%,74%,61% and 79%,respectively,and the abnomal embryos rate increased to 63%,75%,72% and 64%,respectively.The mortality ratio of M.anguillicaudatus larvae increased from 3% to 100%,the treatment groups were shorter than the control group,with a certain degree of dosage-effect relationship.We concluded that 8-hydroxyquinoline had inhibited the development,teratogenic,lethal effect on the M.anguillicaudatus embryos and larvae,showing obvious toxicity.
