六价铬(K2CrO4)对小麦根尖细胞毒害效应的分析

【摘要】 用不同浓度的铬酸钾(1.00,5.00,10.0,25.0,75.0,200,500μmol.L-1)对小麦根尖进行染毒处理24 h,显微镜观察小麦根尖有丝分裂细胞,统计微核率、有丝分裂指数、染色体畸变率。结果表明,在相同时间内,随着六价铬(CrO42-)浓度的增大,微核率逐渐升高;细胞有丝分裂指数逐渐降低;染色体畸变率逐渐升高;呈现出明显的剂量效应。说明六价铬(CrO42-)可引起小麦根尖细胞有丝分裂的抑制和染色体的损伤,对小麦幼根具有明显的毒害效应。

【Abstract】 In order to study toxicity effect of CrO42-on wheat root tip cells,mitotic cells in the tips treated with different concentration of K2CrO4 were observed by microscope,and the frequency of micronucleus,the mitotic index,and the frequency of chromosome aberrations were analyzed.Along with an increase from 1.00,5.00,10.0,25.0,75.0,200 to 500 μ mol·L-1 in CrO42-concentration in same 24 h treatment time,there was a gradual increase in the frequency of micronucleus and the frequency of chromosome aberrations but a gradual decrease in the mitotic index.The results showed that CrO42-,had obvious toxicity and dose effect on wheat root tip cells,which could cause mitotic inhibition and chromosome damage.
