乙酸对缺氧/SBR反应系统脱氮除磷效率的影响

【摘要】 把缺氧反应器和SBR反应器串联,在缺氧反应器中加入乙酸,考察乙酸的最适投加量,并找出SBR反应器在乙酸影响下的反应条件。结果表明,在缺氧区,废水中含有1 mg磷大约需要加入6 mg乙酸,反应时间为6 h;在SBR反应系统采取曝气时间为5 h,曝气量为2.0 m3/h,MLSS为2 000 mg/L及沉淀时间为60min运行时,TN和TP的去除率分别为95.62%和97.83%。未经过缺氧区对TN和TP的去除率分别为92.29%和85.99%。在缺氧区加入乙酸可以有效地提高TN和TP的去除效率。

【Abstract】 The experimental anoxic reactor and sequencing batch reactor(SBR) was connected to explore the optimal dosage of acetic acid in anoxic reactor and to find out reaction conditions of SBR reactor under the influence of acetic acid.Experiment results showed that in anoxic zone every 1 mg phosphorus needed 6 mg acetic acid dosage with 6 h reaction time.Under the conditions of 5 h aeration time,2.0 m3/h aeration capacity,2 000 mg/L mixture liquid suspended solid(MLSS),and 60 min precipitation time in the SBR response system,the removal rates of total nitrogen(TN) and total phosphorus(TP) were 95.62% and 97.83% respectively.Without the anoxic zone TN and TP removal rates were 92.29% and 85.99% respectively.Therefore,adding acetic acid in the anoxic zone can effectively improve the efficiency of TN and TP removal.
