无胶稻草碎料板试验研究

【摘要】 以提高农业剩余物利用率和降低人造板生产成本为目的,以热压温度、热压时间、稻草碎料含水率及稻草比例等工艺参数为因子,用正交试验法对无胶稻草碎料板的工艺进行研究。结果表明:影响无胶稻草碎料板物理力学性能的主要因素是热压温度,稻草比例、稻草碎料的含水率为次要因素,热压时间对其性能无显著影响;得到较优的工艺参数为:热压温度为150℃;稻草比例为80%;稻草碎料含水率为18%;热压时间为6 min。

【Abstract】 In order to increase the operation rate of argriculture wastes and reduction the costs of wood-based panels,the technology to produce the self-bonding ricestraw particle board was investigated by the orthogonal test.Factors were examined,such as hot-pressing tempreture,hot-pressing time and moisture content of ricestraw and the proportion of ricestraw.It was demonstrated that the main influencing factor was the hot-pressing temperature,followed by the proportion of ricestraw and the moisture content of ricestraw,and the hot-pressing time was insignificant in the performance of ricestraw particle board.The optimized treating conditions were as follows: hot-pressing tempreture 150℃,the proportion of ricestraw 80%;blank board 18% MC;hot-pressing time 6 minutes.
