4种源于虎皮楠的生物碱对人肝癌细胞株HepG-2增殖的影响

【摘要】 目的研究源于虎皮楠的生物碱对HepG-2增殖的影响。方法采用MTT法测定源于虎皮楠的生物碱对HepG-2细胞的抑制率及IC50。结果有4种生物碱可显著抑制HepG-2细胞增殖,作用72h后,IC50分别为3.874、1.671、0.745、2.954μg/mL,并有明显的时效和量效关系。结论虎皮楠中提取的生物碱在体外具有明显的抑制HepG-2细胞增殖的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of alkaloids from Daphniphyllum oldhami on proliferation of HepG-2.Methods The proliferation inhibition rate and IC50 of HepG-2 were measured by MTT assay in vitro after treated by alkaloids from Daphniphyllum oldhami. Results Four kinds of alkaloids could inhibit the proliferation of HepG-2 cell and have significant time-effect relationship and dose-effect relationship.The IC50 was 3.874,1.671,0.745 and 2.954μg/mL respectively after 72h treated by four kinds of alkaloids.Conclusion Alkaloids from Daphniphyllum oldhami significantly inhibit HepG-2 cells proliferation in vitro.
