【摘要】 研究校园文化的基本特征及其与高校核心竞争力的关系.通过现场座谈和问卷调研的方法对陕西省某高校校园文化建设与高校核心竞争力关系进行了实证分析.因子分析结果表明,大学生视角下的高校核心竞争力指标为12项,同时回归分析结论表明,高校核心竞争力指标与校园文化建设的5项指标显著相关.更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the basic characteristics of the campus culture and its relationship to the university core competence,methods of on-site discussions and the questionnaire to do an empirical research were used between a university campus culture construction of Shanxi and the university core competence.For one thing,factor analysis showed that there were 12 indexes about university core competence under college students perspective.For another,regression analysis also concluded that 5 indexes of university core competence and campus culture construction were significantly associated.At last,measures and suggestions for campus culture construction is proposed.更多还原
