超音速等离子喷涂制备AgSnO2/Cu复合电接触材料及其性能研究
Properties of AgSnO2/Cu Composite Contact Material Prepared by Supersonic Plasma Spraying
【摘要】 使用化学共沉淀、高能球磨法制备AgSnO2粉体作为喷涂粉末,利用超音速等离子喷涂技术在纯Cu表面制备AgSnO2涂层。对涂层的组织结构和成分进行分析,并测定涂层的显微硬度、结合强度以及电性能。结果表明,制备所得的AgSnO2涂层具有等离子喷涂涂层所特有的层状结构,且涂层较为致密;涂层表面显微硬度平均值为88.2 MPa;涂层与基体平均结合强度为17.3 MPa;AgSnO2/Cu复合触头材料具有较低的质量损失率和良好的抗电弧侵蚀特性。
【Abstract】 AgSnO2 coating with Cu substrate are prepared by supersonic plasma spraying technique using Ag-12%SnO2(mass fraction) composite feedstock,which are fabricated by chemical coprecipitation and high-energy ball milling.The composition and microstructure of the AgSnO2 coating are analyzed.Meanwhile,the microhardness,bonding strength and electrical property are also measured.The results show that the prepared AgSnO2 coating possesses dense structure and good bonding with substrate.The average micro-hardness and bonding strength of the prepared coating are 88.2 HV0.1 and 17.3 MPa respectively.The AgSnO2/Cu contact material has better characteristic of erosion resistant to arc and less mass loss in the arcing process.
