ZrO2的引入方式对MgO-CaO-ZrO2质耐火材料性能的影响
Influence of introduction ways of ZrO2 on the character of MgO-CaO-ZrO2 refractories
【摘要】 研究了在镁钙质耐火材料中,以不同的引入方式及引入量添加ZrO2,对试样烧结性和抗水化性的影响.通过XRD等分析测试手段对试样进行了检测,结果表明:ZrO2能够促进试样的烧结,1610℃为试样的最佳烧成温度;烧后试样主晶相为方镁石、锆酸钙和游离氧化钙;试样在1610℃烧后,ZrO2加入量为12%时,抗水化性最好;以凝胶方式引入ZrO2的试样其综合性能优于以纳米氧化锆引入的试样.
【Abstract】 This paper aims to study the influence of introduction of ZrO2(nano ZrO2 and gel Zr(OH)4) with different quantity on the character of sintering and hydration resistance of MgO-CaO refractories.The results showed that 1610℃ was the best sintering temperature and ZrO2 could accelerate the sintering of the samples.And the main phases of the sintered samples were periclase,calcium zirconate and free calcium oxide.The samples which were sintered at 1 610℃ with 12% ZrO2 generated the best hydration resistance.Compared with the way of adding nano ZrO2,the character of sintering and hydration resistance of MgO-CaO-ZrO2 refractories was better than with adding Zr(OH)4 gel.
