磷酸三丁脂萃取-火焰原子吸收光度法测定金
Extraction of Gold by TBP and Determination by FAAS
【摘要】 研究了稀释剂的选择、王水浓度、TBP浓度、温度、振荡时间和相比等对萃取金的影响,提出以20%(V/V)的磷酸三丁脂—乙酸丁脂溶液直接从20%(V/V)王水介质中萃取金(Ⅲ),然后用火焰原子吸收光度法测定.以乙酸丁脂为稀释剂,在20%(V/V)的王水介质中,TBP浓度为20%(V/V)、常温下、人工振荡90 s或机器振荡30 s、有机相与水相比为1∶4金均能被萃取完全.
【Abstract】 This paper is on a study in the effect of extraction of gold by means of the selection of thinner,concentration of aqua regia and tributyl phsophate(TBP),temperature,time of oscillation,and rate of phase etc.Gold is extracted by 20%(V/V) TBP-butyl acetate solution from 20%(V/V)nitrohydrochloric acid and determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).Gold can be extracted in the normal atmospheric temperature and 20%(V/V)aqua regia,using butyl acetate as thinner.The concentration of TBP is 20%(V/V),man oscillation is 90 seconds or machine oscillation is 30 seconds,and ratio of organic phase and water(V/V) is 1 ∶4.
