抗原提呈细胞在银屑病发病机制中的作用

【摘要】 目的:观察银屑病皮损组织内郎格罕氏细胞(LC)、真皮树突细胞(DDC)、巨噬细胞的变化及角阮细胞HPV感染情况,探讨LC、DDC、巨噬细胞及HPV与银屑病发病的关系。方法:选用我院病理科2003-2008年期间确诊为银屑病的病理切片,采用免疫组织化学方法观察银屑病皮损组织表皮CD1a、真皮CD1a、真皮CD68+的表达。用Image-Pro Plus 6.0图像处理软件测定每个高倍视野表皮中CD1α+的LC的数目,真皮内CD1α+的DDC的数目、CD68+的巨噬细胞的数目。采用原位杂交方法,检测银屑病表皮组织内HPV13、HPV16、HPV32 DNA。结果:银屑病组皮损组织郎格罕氏细胞数目明显增多,急性进行期为(15.82±1.48)个,慢性静止期为(14.96±1.74)个,正常对照组为(4.23±1.42)个,与正常组比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。银屑病DDC、巨噬细胞数目明显增多,分别为(9.08±2.48)个、(27.19±4.3)个,正常对照组分别为(2.45±1.04)个、(6.7±1.43)个,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。银屑病表皮组织内未检测HPV13、HPV16、HPV32 DNA。结论:LC、DDC、巨噬细胞与银屑病的发病密切相关,而与HPV的感染可能无关。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the changes of Longerhans’cell,dermic dendritic cell,macrophage and HPV in the psoriasis lesion and explore the roles they play in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.Methods:127 cases psoriasis diagnosed during 2003 to 2008 were examined.The sections were performed immunohistochemical stain to detect the CD1αor CD68 positive cells in epiderm and dermis,and hybridization in situ was applied to detect HPV13,16,32 in them.Results:The number of Longerhans’cells significantly increased in psoriasis group,with 15.82±1.48 in acute progressive period and 14.96±1.74 in chronic quiescent period,compared with that(4.23±1.42) in normal control group(P<0.05).The numbers of dermic dendritic cell and macrophage also increased significantly(9.08 ±2.48 and 27.19±4.3 respectively) in psoriasis group compared with those(2.45±1.04 and 6.7±1.43 respectively) in normal control group(P <0.05);while the HPV 13,16,32 DNA were not detected.Conclusion:Longerhans’cell,dermic dendritic cell and macrophage might participate the pathogen-esis of psoriasis,but HPV is not involved.
