N-芳基-4-碘吡唑与芳基二硫醚的偶联反应
Coupling Reaction of N-Aryl-4-iodopyrazole and Aryl Disulfides
【摘要】 1-(2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基苯基)-3-氰基-5-氨基吡唑经碘代反应合成4-碘-1-(2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基苯基)-3-氰基-5-氨基吡唑(N-芳基-4-碘吡唑).以N,N’-二甲基乙二胺为配体,在CuI催化下,N-芳基-4-碘吡唑与芳基二硫醚偶联反应,制备了N-芳基-4-芳硫基吡唑,产率75%–82%.最后通过1H NMR、13C NMR、IR、MS对产物结构进行了表征.
【Abstract】 4-iodo-1-(2,6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-3-cyano-5-aminopyrazole(N-aryl-4-iodopyrazole) was synthesized from 1-(2,6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-3-cyano-5-aminopyrazole by iodination.N-aryl-4-arylthiopyrazole was synthesized from N-aryl-4-iodopyrazole and aryl disulfides by coupling reaction using N,N’-dimethylaminoethylamine as ligand and CuI as catalyst.The rate of production was in the range of 75% to 82%.The structure of the product was characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,IR and MS spectra.
