【摘要】 复合型英语专业人才培养,是近20年来我国英语专业教学改革中持续最长影响最大的课题,许多外语院校和综合性重点大学已较早地付诸实践,进行了大胆的尝试,积累了宝贵的经验,得出了成熟的培养方案。而地方本科院校从其办学的性质、层次、任务、培养目标、师资水平、设施状况、生源质量等都无法与外语院校和综合性重点大学相比。因此,在培养复合型英语专业人才方面不能生搬硬套。地方本科院校在复合型英语专业人才培养过程中,应把办学类型定位着眼于专业技能教学,把人才培养目标定位着眼于应用,把服务面向定位着眼于地方经济。更多还原

【Abstract】 Compound and practical talent training is a most lasting research topic in recent 20 years.Many foreign language universities and comprehensive key universities have put it into practice,and made some bold attempts,accumulated valuable experience and put forward perfect cultivating plans.While local undergraduate colleges can not parallel these universities in their operating characters,levels,tasks,cultivating objects,staff levels,equipment conditions and student qualities,etc.Both of them should have their own specific cultivating ways.This article discusses some principles the local undergraduate colleges should follow in the course of talent training.The operating styles should be focused on specialized skill teaching,the object of training talent should be focused on application and the service tendency should be focused on local economics by these colleges.更多还原
