金线兰各器官水提液清除·OH和·O2-的比较研究
Comparison of the Effect in Scavenging ·OH and ·O2- by the Aqueous Extraction from Various Organs of Anoectochilus roxburghii（Wall.） Lindl.
【摘要】 测定了金线兰各器官（花序、叶、地上茎、根状茎、根）水提液对·OH和·O2-的清除作用,结果表明:金线兰各器官水提液均能清除·OH和·O2-,清除·OH能力的排序为:叶>根状茎、花序>根>地上茎;清除·O2-能力的排序为:叶、地上茎>花序>根状茎、根。
【Abstract】 The scavenging of·OH and·O2- by aqueous extractions from Various organs （inflorescence,leaf,aerial stem,rhizome,root） of Anoectochilus roxburghii（Wall.）Lindl were estimated.The results demonstrated that the aqueous extraction had capacity of scavenging·OH and·O2-.The cleaning effect on·OH was sorted as:leaf>rhizome、inflorescence>root>aerial stem.The cleaning effect on·O2- was sorted as:leaf、aerial stem>inflorescence>rhizome、root.
