【摘要】 对我国竞技体育的外部性问题进行了研究。将竞技体育的外部性内部化,有助于促进竞技体育的可持续发展。市场调节、法律手段是解决外部性问题的主要手段,行政手段则是市场调节、法律手段不可或缺的补充。加强行政执法力度,有助于降低体育经济活动主体的维权成本。要积极推进竞技产权制度创新,优化体育资源的产权配置,建立健全体育资源开发与保护的法律体系,以更好地发挥市场调节、法律手段的作用,促进竞技体育的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The issues of the spots externality in China was studied in this paper.The internalization of externalities can facilitate the sustainable development of the competitive sports through market regulation,legal means,and administrative means.Strengthening the administrative law enforcement is good for reducing lgeal cost of sports economic activity.To the sustainable development of competitive sports,the innovation of competitive sports property right and the optimization of the property right distribution of the sports resources should be ensured.Legal system for sports resource exploitation and protection should be established.更多还原
