【Abstract】 Football crimes in China are divorced from law and are out of control of criminal laws,leading to the fact that the Chinese football has been corroded by the evil forces.Ballgame betting has hindered the development of sports in China.At present,the judicial intervention in sports has been necessary for both China and the foreign countries.Fighting against football crimes and gambling requires not only the comprehensive administration,but the judicial intervention and criminal regulation.更多还原
