一种新颖的利用软管蠕动实现的电磁输液泵

【摘要】 介绍一种利用软管蠕动实现的软管式电磁输液泵,该输液泵沿软管设置了四个铡刀型电磁铁,通过电磁铁的吸合、释放来挤压软管产生蠕动。为了减少电能损耗,在电磁铁中使用了永久磁铁自锁机构。当电磁铁挤压软管的外侧时,软管泵可以在软管内输送任何液体。该软管泵由干电池供电,在13 kPa的压力下,流量可达0.1~1 ml/min。采用FEM磁场分析软件进行电磁铁磁场设计,叙述了铡刀电磁铁的最佳驱动方式及软管泵的各种性能试验结果,并对电磁软管输液泵在便携式静脉输液系统中应用的可行性进行了分析。

【Abstract】 An electromagnetic miniature pump using peristaltic motion of a flexible tube was presented.Four hinge-type electromagnetic actuators which were arranged serially in one line pinched a flexible tube and generated peristaltic motion on the tube.In order to reduce electric power consumption,the magnetic latch mechanism using permanent magnets were applied to the actuator drive.As the actuator pinched the outside wall of the interchangeable tube,this pump could deal with any liquids inside the tube.The prototype pump has the flow rate range of 0.1~1 ml/min and the maximum pressure of 13 kPa by a battery drive.FEM magnetic field analysis was used in the actuator electromagnetic design.The optimum drive sequence of the pinching actuator and the experimental result of pump characteristics were reported.Furthermore,feasibility consideration of application to the portable intravenous drip system of medical treatments was carried out.
