游梁式抽油机专用盘式异步电动机设计
Design on the Disk Type Asynchronous Motor Specially Used for Beam Pumping Unit
【摘要】 针对抽油机负载特性要求,提出了以小功率专用盘式异步电动机替代传统的Y系列大功率异步电动机。基于功率密度与起动转矩方面优化设计了22 kW游梁式抽油机专用盘式异步电动机。利用有限元分析软件对该电机进行了仿真研究,结果表明,该22 kW电机能够满足游梁式抽油机起动转矩的要求,而且运行效率较高,可以取代目前游梁式抽油机使用的Y系列三相异步电动机。
【Abstract】 Due to the load specificity of the beam pumping unit,the low-power disk type asynchronous motor substituted the high-power Y series asynchronous motor.Based on the analysis of the power-density and start-up torque of the disk type motor,the 22 kW disk type asynchronous motor specially used for beam pumping unit was designed.Simulation using the finite element analysis software was carried out.The result shows that the motor can meet the requirement for start torque of beam pumping unit,and high efficiency during operation so that it can replace the Y-series 37 kW three-phase asynchronous motor used for beam pumping unit now.
