汽车线控助力转向SBW系统及其相关技术
Research on Automobile SBW System and Correlative Technology
【摘要】 在简述汽车转向及线控技术的发展之后,介绍了汽车线控转向系统的动力学模型、两种基本架构(包括经典架构和双控型架构)及执行电机的工作情况,并在此基础上引入了SBW的试验系统:HIL模拟器,该模拟器可以用来测试硬件系统(包括ECU和逆变器)和验证力反馈控制算法。汽车驾驶的安全性尤为重要,通过力反馈系统实例论述了以冗余为基本思想的容错技术。
【Abstract】 A dynamic model and two preliminary architectures of a steer-by-wire system,including conventional and bilateral control were presented after a brief introduction to the operation status of actuating motors.Then,the experiment system with hardware-in-the-loop(HIL) simulator was brought forward to evaluate the hardware including ECU and inverter,and to prove the force feedback control algorithm.As crucial the safe handling is,the paper expounded with a practical force feedback system the fault tolerance technique based on redundant architecture.
