【Abstract】 The paper had suggested that the government should identify the roles and functions of private hospital in health care provision system in Shanghai.Then government allocates the private sectors’ resource under the whole health system planning.It is necessary for strengthening and improving regulations on health care quality by private health sectors.Higher entry criteria and closing relationship with public health insurance are also necessary for private health sectors’ development.Government should motivate the development of private health sectors that provide services shortage sectors.更多还原
