【Abstract】 Study on the optimum conditions of preparation of Pholiota nameko(Pn) protoplast indicated that: using OS medium,put hyphae of Pn that had cultured for 13 days into the solution with 1.5 % helicase,0.6 mol/L mannitol,pH 6.5,and digested for 5 hours in 25 ℃,the protoplast output could reach to the highest,and as high as 4.85×106/mL.更多还原
