【摘要】 目的了解广东省湛江地区家栖鼠形动物种群构成,为科学灭鼠提供理论依据。方法按照随机抽样的原则,每月选择一个乡镇,采取逐日捕鼠的方法,实施监测和调查。同时将捕获的鼠形动物鉴定及解剖,观察并记录妊娠情况。结果广东省湛江地区乡镇居民区鼠形动物的笼捕率平均为10.93%,其中鼠类的笼捕率为6.59%;2年共捕获鼠形动物3 178只,其种群构成方面褐家鼠占36.47%、黄胸鼠占25.27%、臭鼩鼱占38.20%、小家鼠占0.06%;褐家鼠年均妊娠率为7.16%,平均每胎妊娠胎仔数为7.18;黄胸鼠年均妊娠率为8.76%,平均每胎妊娠胎仔数为4.17;臭鼩鼱年均妊娠率为21.34%,平均每胎妊娠胎仔数为3.36。结论在乡镇居民区臭鼩鼱和褐家鼠为优势种群,黄胸鼠为常见种,小家鼠为少见种;褐家鼠和黄胸鼠一年有春秋季2个繁殖高峰,其中春季的繁殖高峰超过秋季;臭鼩鼱也有2个高峰,前峰出现在3～6月,后峰在10～12月。建议湛江地区实施春秋两季灭鼠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the composition of rat-shaped animals in Zhanjiang township and provide scientific evidence for killing mouse.Methods In accordance with the principle of random,selecting one township for every month and catching mouse for every day,then carrying out monitor and investigation.At the same time,identifying and dissecting the rat-shaped animals which were caught,observing their pregnancy condition.Results The average catching rate of rat-shaped animals was 10.93% in Zhanjiang township,the rat catching rate of mouse was 6.59%.Totally 3 178 rat-shaped animals were caught in tow years,Rattus norvegicus occupied 36.47%,Rattus tanezumi occupied 25.27%,Suncus murines occupied 38.20% and Mus musculus occupied 0.06%.The annual pregnancy rate of Rattus norvegicus was 7.16%,Rattus tanezumi was 8.76% and Suncus murines was 21.34%. Conclusion In Zhanjiang township,Rattus norvegicus and Suncus murines are the dominant population,Rattus tanezumi is often found but Mus musculus is the rare species.Rattus norvegicus and Rattus tanezumi have two breeding peaks in spring and autumn,the peak in spring is higher than it in autumn.Suncus murines also has two breeding peak,the first one appears from March to June,the last one appears from October to December.It is necessary to killing mouse in spring and autumn in Zhanjiang area.更多还原
