【Abstract】 The core task of the rule of law must be subordinate to and serve the overall interests is the general rule of human civilization of law.Serving the overall interests is the important mission of the rule of law in contemporary China,which includes the following aspects:establishing influence of Chinese mode,accelerating people-oriented values,promoting social harmony and stability,achieving coordinated and sustainable development.The possible approach to that goal is,taking into account the legal effect and political consequences,making a comprehensive use of legal,policy and other means,strengthening political participation and deliberative democracy.更多还原
