【摘要】 文章在文献资料、调查访问的研究方法基础上对普通高校武术教师的压力问题进行研究。研究结果表明,目前普通高校武术教师的压力主要来自事业单位全员聘用、定编定岗产生的生存压力;学习型社会带来的学习压力;社会偏见提供的心理压力;体育教师固有的职业压力;武术所处的时代背景产生的压力。文章在分析压力产生的效应的基础上提出缓解普通高校武术教师压力的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of documents and surveys, this article makes a research on the pressure problem of college Wushu teachers. The result of the research indicates: at present, the pressures of college Wushu teachers is mainly from the survival pressure of institutions’ full employment and setting a quota for posts; learning pressure from learning community; psychological pressure from social prejudices; inherent occupational pressure of Wushu teachers. On the foundation of this article has discussed, the paper puts forward some measures to relieve the stress of college Wushu teachers.更多还原
