酸性土壤下混凝土基础耐久性技术方案研究

【摘要】 酸性土壤中的混凝土基础,耐久性设计是关键问题.在制订耐腐蚀混凝土技术方案的基础上,制订了混凝土质量控制指标及评定方法,提出了配合比设计原则和设计指标,依此提出了参考配合比,进行了耐腐蚀混凝土的试配和加速腐蚀试验;依据试验结果,提出了保证50a使用期的混凝土设计保护层厚度.

【Abstract】 For concrete foundations in acid soil,durability is the key issue.In order to make corrcsion-resistant concrete,aquality evaluation system is built by the authors to control the quality of concrete in corrosive environment,consisting of several indexes and evaluation methods.The authors also put forward several principles and guidelines for designing concrete mixing ratio;and relying on this,a reference design is given and applied to labaratory test;then an accelerated corrosion test is made on the designed product.According to the test,the thinnest thickness of concrete cover is given by the author to make sure the designed concrete has a duration of at least 50years in acid soil.
