河床式厂房止水布置和混凝土蜗壳座环柔度

【摘要】 为分析不同止水位置对混凝土蜗壳结构受力特性的影响,借助ABAQUS软件,以某个电站为工程背景,针对不同的止水位置,通过施加不同的外水压力对正常运行工况和检修工况进行了三维非线性有限元结构分析.结果表明,两种工况下止水布置在蜗壳流道顶板高程以上位置时有利于结构的受力.另外针对混凝土蜗壳的座环柔度作了研究,得出了混凝土蜗壳座环最大柔度为0.030 8μm/kN、出现在蜗壳240°断面的结论,可以为机组正常稳定运行提供参考.

【Abstract】 In order to study the influence of different layouts of water seals,the stressing characteristic of a concrete spiral case under the normal operation case and maintenance case are analyzed by software ABAQUS using three-dimensional nonlinear finite element method.Taking an actual project as case study and considering two different layouts of water seal,the analysis is carried out.The results show that the layout of water seals arranged above the roof of spiral case flow channel is more favourable to the structure.Moreover,the flexibility of stay rings for concrete spiral case is studied.The greatest flexibility appears at the 240° cross-section of spiral case and its value is 0.0308 μm/kN.These results can provide reference for the normal operation of hydrogenerator unit.
