【摘要】 [目的]了解云南省卫生检验人力资源现状与需求。[方法]采用问卷调查对云南省卫生检验人才现状及未来5年～10年内的人才需求进行调查。[结果]云南省卫生检验专业队伍现状不容乐观,调查单位卫生检验人员占技术人员的14.62%,存在现有的卫生检验人员组成结构不合理等一些问题,对未来的人才需求量较大。[结论]高校应加强卫生检验人才的培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To learn about status of human resource of hygiene quarantine specialty in Yunnan province.Methods The status and demand in the next 5～10 years were investigated by using questionnaires.Results The people with hygienic education background only account for 14.62% in all technicists with unreasonable composition and more hygienic staff will be needed in the future.Conclusion Training more staff with hygiene quarantine major in university should be considered and implemented.更多还原
