【摘要】 目的:观察左炔诺孕酮宫内节育器(LNG-IUD)与孕三烯酮用于子宫内膜异位症术后治疗疼痛和防止复发的疗效。方法:子宫内膜异位症保守性手术后患者68例,其中36例使用左炔诺孕酮宫内节育器,余32例服孕三烯酮,记录治疗前后患者的疼痛情况、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、血清CA125水平、病灶复发情况以及药物副作用。结果:LNG-IUD组术前25例痛经患者,术后痛经均得到缓解和改善,有效率达100%,两年内复发率5.56%;孕三烯酮组26例术前痛经患者,24例痛经得到缓解和改善,有效率为92.31%,两年内复发率9.37%。结论:LNG-IUD与孕三烯酮均能有效地控制子宫内膜异位症术后疼痛和病灶的复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine device (LNG-IUD) and gestrinone on pain relief after therapy of endometriosis and prevention of the disease recurrence. Methods:Of the 68 patients with endometriosis undergone conservative surgical procedure,36 were managed by insertion LNG-IUD and 32 were treated by gestrinone. The clinical data were kept and observed concerning the painful condition,visual analogue scales(VAS) and levels of CA125 before and after the therapy,recurrence and side effects.Results:Dysmenorrhea was relived and improved in 25 patients received insertion of LNG-IUD and 100% of them responded to the therapy. Only 5.56% relapsed in 2 years. Of the 26 with dysmenorrhea treated by gestrinone,24 got symptom relief. 92.31% responded to the therapy and the recurrence was 9.37%.Conclusion:LNG-IUD or gestrinone may effectively kill the pain and prevent the disease recurrence in patients with endometriosis after the intervention.更多还原
