【摘要】 基本公共服务均等化是近期我国公共政策的重要目标,实现科普服务均等化也是其中重要组成部分。本文首先建立了测度科普服务均等化程度的指标体系,以该指标体系刻画我国地区间、城乡间和人群间在享受科普服务方面存在的差异。针对这种差异本文进行了原因分析,并据此提出了相应的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Equalizing basic public service is an important objective of public policy in recent years, so equalizing the service of publicizing science should be included in this policy. Firstly, our article established an index system to measure the degree of equalization, by using the indicator system; we could find existing difference about the enjoyment of publicizing science service between inter-regional, urban and rural areas and among people. Our article analyzes the causes of these difference, and accordingly, put forward corresponding policy recommendations.更多还原
