【Abstract】 The plasma diagnostic experiments are introduced by replacing gas discharge tube with electron tube.The plasma characteristic is measured by X-Y automatic recording instrument and the multimeter in the experiment.And then the plasma parameters could be derived.The feasibility of using the electron tube in the experiment is presented by comparing the parameters with those obtained using gas discharge tube.更多还原
