【摘要】 近年来,随着职业教育的发展,我国各地的职业教育事业日趋成熟,职业院校的毕业生也成为企业用人单位优先考虑的对象。为了使职业教育快速健康的发展,我们需要进一步更新教师的知识结构,使他们掌握前沿的技术,这样培养出来的学生才能更好的与企业需求相对接,成为企业的技术骨干。针对职业院校的兼职教师的相关政策文件进行汇总分析,发现兼职教师队伍发展过程中存在着一定的优势,同时也存在着不足,为此,政府应从政策上支持,给予提供兼职教师的企业以优惠,制定较为全面的兼职教师管理制度,鼓励兼职教师建立委员会,为深化职业教育改革提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the flourish of vocational education in China,graduates from vocational schools have become the top choice by enterprises.In order to make vocational education develop rapidly,it is time for teachers to restructure their knowledge and master advanced technology.Such teachers will be able to guide their students to the requirement of enterprises.This paper reviews the policies about part-time teachers in vocational education,attempting to find whether or not the policies are appropriate for the development trend of vocational education.更多还原
