【摘要】 高校辅导员"非职业化"现象,严重制约了队伍的建设和发展,具体表现为:队伍"不稳定",职责"不确定",专业"不肯定",发展"不一定"。破解"非职业化"现象,需转变学生观和学生事务观,破解"非职业化"理念束缚;明确辅导员的职业身份,破解"非职业化"的职责困惑;加强体制建设,破解"非职业化"的制度空缺;加强职业培训,破解"非职业化"的发展瓶颈,从而推动高校辅导员队伍的职业化建设。更多还原
