【摘要】 从药品生产企业角度出发,以生产企业与经销企业共同利益最大化为目标,遵循市场规律,引入了风险分担协议。以药品生产企业和经销企业之间的风险分担协议为前提,通过对药品定价机制的研究,利用双层规划方法,研究了药品价格折扣的定价问题。在双层规划模型中,上层为药品生产企业最小成本模型,下层为药品经销企业最大利润期望模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the maximization of the collective benefits of the manufacuturers and sales enterprises and following market disciplines,the paper introduces the riak-sharing protocol.Taking the risk-sharing protocol between the medicine manufacturing enterprises and sales enterprises as a prerequisite and through the application of bi-level programming,the paper studies the pricing and discount mechanism of medicines.The bi-level programming model consists of a upper level which is the minimal cost model of the manufacturers and a lower level which is the maximal expected profit model of the sales enterprises.更多还原
