【摘要】 以石油开采企业为研究对象,通过对企业物流向社会物流转型的条件与约束进行分析,界定了转型过程中需要进行的工作,并结合企业核心能力分析模型来判断企业是否成功实现转型,从而为石油开采企业物流向社会物流转型提供了理论依据,以减少转型的盲目性,最后结合中国某石油开采企业实例,对资源型企业物流向社会物流转型过程进行了实证研究,验证了理论依据的可借鉴性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking oil extraction enterprises as the study object,the paper analyzes the conditions and constraints of the transition of enterprise logistics towards social logistics,identifying the measures to be taken to facilitate the process,then employs the analytical model of enterprise core competence to appraise the transition outcome,providing theoretical reference and guidance for the transition,and finally,in connection with the practice of a certain oil production enterprise in China,studies empirically the transition process,with results verifying the validity of the reference and guidance.更多还原
