【摘要】 目的研究白内障患者接受超声乳化手术前后视觉心理变化,全面探讨、评估白内障超声乳化术疗效的方法。方法采用美国"国立眼科研究所视功能调查问卷NEI VFQ-25"调查问卷,作适合我国国情的改动,对北京市海淀区在我院接受白内障超声乳化人工晶状体置入手术的患者97例进行视觉心理调查。结果白内障超声乳化术后心理健康和社会行为能力总体得分明显高于术前,两者均不同程度提高和恢复。结论白内障超声乳化手术使我国经济发达地区白内障患者心理健康和社会行为能力得以恢复或明显改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the preoperative and postoperative optic psyehophysical changes in patients with cataract who have undergone phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Method The modified version of questionnaire NEI VFQ-25 was used among the ninety-seven patients.Results Compared with the preoperative scores,the postoperative scores of psyehophysics and social behavior ability all increased.Both psychophysical health and the ability of social behavior improved.Conclusions Thanks to the phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation,cataract patients have improved in both psychophysical health and the ability of social behavior.更多还原
