【摘要】 介绍了中国纳米级碳酸钙的生产现状,即:中国纳米级碳酸钙生产企业有30余家,年产量达75万t以上,生产方法有10余种,产品晶型和形貌有纺锤形、针形、球形、连锁形、片形等;中国生产纳米级碳酸钙具有石灰石资源丰富、质优价廉,能源较丰富并靠近石灰石产区,以及具有约80 a生产经验,并且研发人力、物力强,成果较丰富等优势,为纳米级碳酸钙的发展奠定了良好基础;但是,中国纳米级碳酸钙企业仍存在生产规模小、工艺与设备较落后、产品质量不稳定、品种单一、经济效益差等不足。提出了中国纳米级碳酸钙工业发展建议,即:必须走功能化之路,选用节能碳化工艺及设备,选择适当的建设规模,建立较为完善的分析检测装置等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Present status of nano-sized calcium carbonate production in China was introduced,i.e.there are more than thirty enterprises to produce nano-sized calcium carbonate in China and their annual output exceeds 750 000 t;there are over 10 kinds of production methods and the products have many crystal forms and morphologies,such as spindle,needle,sphericity,interlocking,and flake etc.;advantages,such as rich limestone resources with excellent quality and reasonable price,abundant energy sources,approaching to producing area of limestone,about eighty-year′s production experience,rich human-and material-resources,and numerous achievements in scientific research lay the good foundation for China to develop nano-sized calcium carbonate;but there are also some shortages of smaller scale,outdated production techniques and equipment,instable product quality,fewer species and less economic benefit etc.in Chinese enterprises.Some suggestions for development of Chinese nano-sized calcium carbonate industry have been proposed,such as using energy-saving carbonization process and equipment,selecting proper production scale and seting up a set of more perfect detecting and analyzing devices etc..更多还原
