基于ARM的全自动单纱强力机控制器设计

【摘要】 以ARM芯片AT91SAM7S64为核心构成的单纱强力机控制器的软硬件设计方法。AT91SAM7S64的PWM单元控制交流伺服驱动器驱动交流伺服电机实现纱线拉伸。采用高精度ADC采集纱线的拉力数据,内置的定时/计数器实时测试记录各种纱线的拉伸长度和断裂时间。文中对控制器硬件结构、软件流程作了较为详尽的阐述。经测试表明该控制器具有精确度高、性能稳定、成本低等优点。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the design of automatic single-yarn strength tester controller using AT91SAM7S64 is introduced.The PWM unit of AT91SAM7S64 controls the AC servo driver,which drives the AC servo motor to realize the stretch of yarn.A high precision ADC is adopted to gather the data of the stretch of yarn.The inner timers measure and record length of stretch and separation time simultaneously.The hardware structure of the controller and the software flow are descripted in detail.It’s proved the controller has the characteristic of high accuracy,reliable performance and low cost.
