基于AVS的帧内预测算法
A Intra Prediction Mode Algorithm based on AVS
【摘要】 AVS视频标准采用率失真优化(RDO)算法来提高帧内预测的压缩性能。但AVS提出的帧内预测技术没有充分考虑被预测的像素的位置对预测的精度的影响,因此预测不是很精确。提出的新的帧内预测算法是基于再生核的帧内预测算法,该算法设计了一个再生核函数并利用此再生核函数计算出了插值的系数,最后利用相关的像素插值出被预测的像素。试验结果证明:这种基于再生核理论的帧内预测算法可以解决预测不精确的问题,极大的提高帧内编码效率。
【Abstract】 AVS video standard adopts the Rate Distortion Optimization(RDO)technique to improve the compression performance in the intra prediction,but AVS proposed intra prediction technology does not fully take into account the predicted pixel location accuracy of the forecast,it is not very accurate prediction. The paper proposes to an intra prediction based on reproducing kernel interpolation for improving intra prediction. The main idea is to present an reproducing kernel interpolation to work out and revise the prediction coefficients of some prediction modes. Experiments show that the proposed intra prediction scheme can improve the efficiency of intra frame coding and achieve better performance of intra prediction,compared with the original intra prediction scheme in AVS.
