WAMS/PMU数据处理及其在负荷建模中的应用
WAMS/PMU Data Processing and its Application in Load Modeling
【摘要】 现阶段电力调度通信中心WAMS/PMU的数据频率大多为25Hz/s,而总体测辨建模所需的动态数据至少要达到100Hz/s以上。针对这个问题,本文提出一套PMU数据处理方法,以某省电网220kV变电站实测数据为例,详细介绍了数据处理流程及实现方法,并将处理后数据应用于动态模型参数辨识,通过与系统实际响应的对比分析,验证了按照本文所提出的PMU数据处理方法得到的数据样本能够很好地满足负荷模型参数辨识的要求,为PMU数据应用于综合负荷的总体测辨建模提供了简便可行的数据处理手段,并已运用于某省电网的实际负荷建模。
【Abstract】 Currently most of PMU data freqency in Electric Power Dispatching Center is 25HZ/s,Howerver,the data which the Measurement-based approach need to reach at least 100HZ/s. To address this issue,this article brings out a set of methods,set the actual measured data of a province Elctric Grid for example,briefly introduce the PMU data application in load modeling platform,with emphasis on the Data processing and interpolation. Our research shows that the proposed approach can meet the need of the Measurement-Based Method modeling.,and provides a simple and feasible method of PMU data processing.The preprocessing process has been carried out in the development environment Visual C++.NET and SQL Server and has successfully applied in a province.
