基于PLC的机械手示教控制系统设计
Design of teaching control system for robot hand based on PLC
【摘要】 本文介绍了基于可编程序控制器的六关节机械手示教控制系统的主要结构与控制方法。该控制系统可在示教模式下完成对机械手四点以内的示教操作,并能在自动复现模式下再现示教的内容。经实践证明,本示教系统控制精度高、可靠、性价比高、程序简捷、修改方便,实时性好。
【Abstract】 Control method and primary structure of teaching system for the six-joint robot hand based on PLC are introduced in thispaper. Four-point teaching operation of robot hand under the teaching mode can be done,and the content of teaching under auto-matic mode can be repeated by this system. Proved by practice,there are many advantages on this teaching system,such as highcontrol precision,reliable,great value for cost,brief,convenient for modification,good real time performance.
