遗传算法在监控层设计中的应用研究
Application of Supervisory Design with Genetic Algorithm
【摘要】 系统存在扰动时,系统变量会产生较大波动,使用简单的底层控制器消除波动的效果并不理想。为改善系统性能,提出了监控层设计方法。底层控制器采用预测PID控制,监控层采用遗传算法,根据当前工况在线确定主蒸汽压力设定点。将改进的控制方法与常规PID控制方法比较,前者在控制性能和经济目标等方面均有了很大的改善。
【Abstract】 With there being load variation,the boiler variables(such as the pressure)undergo some major fluctuations.Such fluctuations are difficult to minimize using classical control techniques.The supervisory method was put forward in this study to improve the performance of the boiler response during such disturbance,in which the direct level consists of a predictive PID control;and the set-point of the drum steam pressure was modified whenever necessary by a supervisory partially based on genetic algorithm according to the current operation condition.The good control performance and the economy objective verified by applying this method to a boiler system.
