【Abstract】 grid with its powerful High-performance computing ability provides a new MPI parallel programming application. To solve MPI parallel programming problem in the grid environment, this paper gives two kinds of ways to implement MPI applications based on grid middleware Globus Toolkit. These two ways comprise MPICH-G2 and Grid MPI services. It describes the characteristics of both, analyzed its principles and processes to achieve MPICH-G2 parallel programming in the grid environment; besides, deployment of MPI service approach based on GT4 is specified.更多还原
