网格环境下MPI应用研究
MPI Applied Research in the Grid Environment
【摘要】 网格以其强大的高性能计算能力为MPI并行编程提供了新的应用领域。针对在网格环境下进行MPI并行编程的问题,文中给出了两种基于网格中间件Globus Toolkit来实现MPI应用的两种方式:MPICH-G2和网格MPI服务,描述了两者的特点,分析了在网格环境下实现MPICH-G2并行编程的原理和过程,并详细阐述了基于GT4工具包部署MPI服务的方法。
【Abstract】 grid with its powerful High-performance computing ability provides a new MPI parallel programming application. To solve MPI parallel programming problem in the grid environment, this paper gives two kinds of ways to implement MPI applications based on grid middleware Globus Toolkit. These two ways comprise MPICH-G2 and Grid MPI services. It describes the characteristics of both, analyzed its principles and processes to achieve MPICH-G2 parallel programming in the grid environment; besides, deployment of MPI service approach based on GT4 is specified.
