【Abstract】 The influence of triangle waveform on scanning uniformity of electronic beam was investigated in the irradiator scanning system. The irradiator beam-scan angle and scanning uniformity was improved by deriving the nonlinear scanning waveform. Measurement of time-varying magnetic fields was employed to analyze the influence of different thickness of scanning box on scanning uniformity.更多还原
