【摘要】 本文介绍了GIS(Geographic Information System)在天津市规划局城乡管理中的应用——城乡规划业务空间信息平台。介绍了该平台的系统架构和技术路线,展现了图形管理分析、规划业务审批、空间分析三大功能。该平台实现了各类空间数据的有机融合,以最佳的系统配置、最小的数据处理工作量和最好的空间信息服务,实现了规划管理信息平台由业务审批管理向信息流管理的转变。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,we introduce the Application of GIS (Geographic Information System) in the Management of Urban and Rural Planning of Tianjing City---Space Information Platform of Urban and Rural Planning Business. System structure and technical roadmap are introduced and three functions,management and analysis of data,examination and approval of planning business and space analysis,are exhibited. The harmonious mixing of different space data has been realized in this platform. The transformation,from examination and approval of business to management of information flow,of the information platform of planning management has been realized with the best system configuration,minimum data processing and best service of space information.更多还原
