热处理设备自动化的研究与应用

【摘要】 在现代工业生产中,热处理已经成为保证产品质量、改善加工条件、节约能源和材料的极其重要的一项工艺措施。这是因为钢铁及其他很多合金的优良性能(高的硬度、强度、弹性、耐磨性及良好的切削性能),除在冶金时必须保证一定的化学成分外,往往还要经过热处理才能获得。热处理是强化钢材,使其发挥潜在能力的主要工艺措施。通常,重要的机器零件大多数都要进行热处理。本文研究了用PC机和可编程控制器实现热处理设备控制的方法,主要包括:箱式电加热炉、盐浴炉、渗碳炉等的控制。显然,这不但能提高每台炉子的自动化水平,充分发挥单台炉子的作用,而且,更能加强热处理车间各台炉子的协同作用,提高生产效率。

【Abstract】 In modern industrial production,heat treatment has become the guarantee product quality,improve processing conditions,saving energy and materials,an extremely important process measures.This is because the alloy steel and many other excellent properties(high hardness,strength,flexibility,abrasion resistance and excellent cutting performance),with the exception must be guaranteed in metallurgical chemical composition of things,they often have to get through the heat treatment.Heat treatment is to strengthen the steel,its potential ability to play a major technological measures.Usually,it is important to be heat-treated the majority of machine parts.In this paper,using PC computers and programmable logic controller control method of heat treatment equipment,mainly including:box-type electric furnace,salt bath furnace,carburizing furnace,etc.control.Obviously,this will not only enhance the level of automation for each stove,give full play to the role of a single furnace,but it will enhance the heat treatment furnace plant synergies and improve production efficiency.
