【Abstract】 NAND FLASH is having the important role in the storage architectures because its great characteristic of big storage capacity, low price, low power cost and anti-shock. LINUX, which is the mainstream in the embedded OS, has some raw file systems which are especially design for NAND FLASH. this article compares the NAND FLASH file systems base on LINUX, especially discussing and testing their I/O performance, gives quantify data for the embedded application.更多还原
