基于AVR与DDS技术的超声波电源研制
Design of Ultrasonic Generator Based on AVR and DDS Technology
【摘要】 设计了一种在500kHz内频率任意可调、3.2瓦内功率任意可调、且具备工作过程频率自动跟踪的超声电源。综合应用AVR单片机与DDS频率合成技术,能够调节输出频率并驱动换能器的多阶工作频率;采用触发器跟踪与电流最大值等跟踪方法,实现对换能器工作频率的实时精确跟踪,满足压电换能器的稳定谐振工作的要求。此外,本超声电源具备多种波型输出、LCD显示、键盘输入、自动扫频等多种功能,可应用于半导体芯片引线键合、医疗超声、超声金属加工等领域。
【Abstract】 An ultrasonic generator with frequency adjusted freely and automatic frequency tracking is designed.By integrating the advanced technology such as AVR-microcontroller and DDS chip,this generator can output any frequency and then driving any working frequency of the transducers.By using D-trigger and maximum-current methods,the generator can precisely track the transducers for stable resonance vibration.In additions,the ultrasonic generator includes many functions such as several wave choice,LCD display,Keyboard input,over-current protection and automatic frequency-sweep.This generator can be used in many machines such as semiconduction wire bonding,medicine ultrasonic and ultrasonic metal mill.
